Regroundd helps people reduce screen time, set app limits, complete grounding tasks, and track progress through roots, trees, and related app features.

Information We Collect

When you use Regroundd, we may collect information such as your name, email address, user ID, login provider, screen time goals, app limit settings, roots, tree progress, check-ins, task completions, subscription status, and basic app usage information.

Regroundd uses Apple Screen Time and Family Controls features to help you choose apps and apply limits. These permissions are handled through Apple's system frameworks.

If you purchase Regroundd Pro, payments are processed by Apple and subscription access may be managed through RevenueCat. We do not store your full payment card details.

If ads are available in the app, third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob may process limited device or advertising information depending on your device settings and consent choices.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve Regroundd, manage accounts, sync progress, enable blocking and goals, unlock premium features, send notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the app.

Emails

If you provide your email address, we may send you important account, support, product, or app-related emails. We may also occasionally send updates or marketing emails about Regroundd. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate Regroundd, such as Firebase, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, email providers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, and hosting providers.

Tracking

We do not use your name, email address, or user ID to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

If advertising is enabled, advertising partners may use device or advertising identifiers according to your consent choices and Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules.

Data Storage

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. We keep information for as long as needed to provide Regroundd, operate the app, comply with legal obligations, and resolve issues.
